We currently delivery to the following areas: Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Please enter your address during checkout to confirm availability.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive based on announced delivery times.
Peak Hours: Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, such as weekends or holidays. We appreciate your understanding!
Delivery Fees
A delivery fee of $10 will apply to each order.

Return & Exchange Policy
At PABUYPO, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Order Accuracy
We take great care in preparing your meals. If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong items or missing items), please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or credit for future orders.
Quality and Freshness
Our meals are prepared daily. If you receive an item that is spoiled, damaged, or not up to our quality standards, please notify us immediately. To process your claim, we may require a photo of the item. If validated, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the original price.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not offer exchanges. However, if you have a specific concern, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so before 12 at noon at any day. Orders canceled after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
